General information
Service offered: A free and confidential NHS service, IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) gives you the time to talk, offering therapies and treatment for adults of all ages experiencing common mental health difficulties such as anxiety and depression. Easy to access (self-referral is encouraged) this service can help people learn ways to help themselves feel more able to manage their condition. This service is available to people registered with a GP in Camden or Islington.
