General information
Service offered: Part of a national programme called Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT), this service offers support for people (16+) experiencing mild to moderate depression and/or anxiety either living in the Borough of Greenwich. Offering free psychological treatment (in line with the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) guidelines for anxiety and depression) these include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Guided Self-Help and Counselling to help people learn ways to feel more able to mange their anxiey and low mood. The service also has a referral pathway for people living with a long term conditions and an integrated employment support service. The service offers face to face, telephone or virtual via video call appointments.
