General information
Service offered: Greenwich Time to Talk is a free, confidential NHS Talking Therapies service. We offer support for people (16+) experiencing mild to moderate depression and/or anxiety living in the Borough of Greenwich. We deliver psychological treatment (in line with the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) guidelines for anxiety and depression), including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Guided Self-Help and Counselling. These treatments are designed to help people learn ways to better manage their anxiety and low mood. The service also has a referral pathway for people living with a long-term conditions and an integrated employment support service. The service offers face to face, telephone or virtual via video call appointments.
