General information
Service offered: Back on track (BoT) is a free NHS service, part of the government’s Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme offering treatment for a range of psychological problems, including anxiety and depression. Based in GP surgeries and community settings throughout the borough, the service is for all adults registered with a Hammersmith and Fulham GP surgery and/or live in the borough. They currently offer a range of workshops such as managing mood, managing uncertainty and anxiety, managing stress and well being during COVID-19.
