General information

Service offered: Working in partnership with West London NHS Trust, Connect Health Counselling service and Twining Enterprise this service provides free talking therapy and employment support for people (18+) who are registered with a GP or live in the London Borough of Hounslow. The service offers counselling, workshops, groups cognitive behaviour therapy and guided self-help programmes for common mental health difficulties such as anxiety disorders, depression and stress.

Monday: 9am - 8pm (5pm - 8pm by appointment ONLY)

Thursday: 9am - 8pm (5pm - 8pm by appointment ONLY)

Friday: 9am - 5pm

Weekends: Closed
