General information
Service offered: NHS Talking Therapies, this service is available to anyone over the age of 17y and 6m living in the borough of Lambeth or registered with a Lambeth GP. They offer a variety of psychological therapies for people experiencing mental health conditions such as mild to moderate depression, anxiety, worry or panic attacks. Treatment types include: Guided Self-Help, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Online therapy, Groups, Workshops, Employment advice and Counselling. Appointments are held in person at various sites across the borough, via telephone, or via video call.
