Service offered: Part of the NHS Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT), this service is available to anyone (18+) registered with a Lewisham GP. They offer a variety of treatments for people experiencing mental health difficulties such as mild to moderate depression, anxiety, worry or panic attacks. In particular, they offer help to people with low mood due to living with long term health condition.
