General information
Service offered: An IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) NHS service providing a range of psychological therapies for adults registered with a Kingston GP experiencing common mental health difficulties such as anxiety disorders and depression. Intended to help people manage their symptoms, treatments include: Individual therapies, group support, guided self-help and online therapies. Referrals from GP’s and Health Professionals are welcome and self-referrals can also be made via the website.
