Service offered: Part of the government’s Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) initiative, this service is available to anyone (18+) living in or registered with a Wandsworth GP. Offering free and confidential access to a range of talking therapies for people with common mental health difficulties such as depression, anxiety and/or people finding it difficult to manage the challenges of everyday life.
