General information
Service offered: Part of the national Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme, this service provides a range of intensive, time-limited psychological interventions for adults (16+) experiencing mild to moderate common mental health condition such as anxiety and depression. Treatments include: Clinical Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Counselling.
