Service offered: Provides advice, information and support to residents (18+) of Charnwood, North-West Leicestershire, Hinckley and Bosworth, Melton and Rutland who are experiencing emotional and/or mental health difficulties (including carers) This service helps to empower people to improve emotional and maintain mental wellbeing, to achieve goals and to live a meaningful and valued life within their community.
