Service offered: Part of the national Improving Access to Physiological Therapies programme, this NHS service provides psychological assessment and treatment for people (16+) experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties, such as depression and anxiety. Let’s Talk – Wellbeing provides talking therapies for common mental health problems, which 1 in 4 of us will experience at some stage in our lives. This includes depression, anxiety, panic, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma and stress. Our free NHS service is available to people aged 18 and over who are registered with a GP in Nottingham and parts of Nottinghamshire. We offer a range of therapies, information and support to help you understand the difficulty you are experiencing and how to manage this.
