Service offered: A free and easy to access NHS service for anyone (17.5+) living in Northamptonshire. Offering psychological therapies for people experiencing common mental health difficulties such as depression and anxiety, talking therapy aims to help people better understand the issues troubling them and to help them find new ways of thinking, feeling and behaving to improve how they cope with difficult situations in everyday life.
