General information
Service offered: A free NHS service offering a range of evidence based talking therapies to adults (16+) registered with a Shropshire GP experiencing common mental health difficulties such as low mood, stress, worry, anxiety, panic and phobia. The service aims to improve health and wellbeing by offering interventions tailored to meet individual needs such as: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), counselling, life skills courses, supported self-help and Silvercloud (online CBT). Self-referrals can be made by calling the service directly or completing an online referral form. GP referral is not necessary. Further details and Silvercloud sign-up are available on our website.
