Service offered: Part of the NHS Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme, this service is available to anyone (18+) registered with a Somerset GP or resident in Somerset. They offer psychological interventions to people experiencing mild to moderate depression, general anxiety and worry, panic attacks, social anxiety, traumatic memories, obsessive compulsive disorder and adjustment to living with a long term physical health condition.
