Service offered: A free NHS service offering a variety of psychological therapy treatments to help people experiencing common mental health difficulties such as depression, anxiety, panic, stress or loss understand and overcome their conditions. Treatments provided include; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), counselling for depression as well as self-help courses.
