General information

Service offered: The 999 Club's homeless support team gives housing advice and accompanies people every step of the way to finding a sustainable housing solution. The learning and activities programme offers classes from life skills to literacy. Health and well-being partners give support to people with alcohol, drug and mental and physical health problems. The Winter Night Shelter provides accommodation for rough-sleepers.

Target group: People aged 18+ with housing problems and additional issues such as alcohol/drug misuse and other support needs

How to contact: Phone (020 8691 5797)/Email via website. Open access drop-in (Limited during coronavirus lockdown) between 0900 and 1030 for people who are rough sleeping. Other homeless and vulnerably housed people can access the centre between 1030 and 1200. People accessing our centre are able to access our Advice Service, Learning and Activities Programme and Employment and Advice Support Service. Please see our website for further details (
