Service offered: Part of the NHS Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) initiative, this service offers short-term psychological therapies to people with mild, moderate or moderate to severe symptoms of anxiety, depression and stress. Treatments offered (mostly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) may also work for people who experience panic disorders or phobias. This service can be accessed by people living in and registered with a GP in Coventry, Rugby, Solihull and Warwickshire.
