Service offered: A free and confidential NHS service which helps people to receive quick and easy access to the best type of psychological (mental) wellbeing therapy for those experiencing mild to moderate difficulties such as depression, anxiety and stress. This service works with individuals to explore the challenges they are facing and identify how best to deal with them. Treatments are evidence-based and known to achieve results and the therapy staff are highly experienced and knowledgeable.
