General information

Service offered: A free, confidential and easy to access service which provides support and psychological therapies for people experiencing common mental health problems. It is delivered by a group of mental health care providers (NHS and third sector) that work in partnership to deliver a range of psychological support for people experiencing common mental health difficulties. These may include stress, depression, anxiety, post- traumatic stress and panic. The service is available to people over 17 years of age and registered with a Leeds GP.  Please refer to the service website for more information, including referral details.
