Service offered: We provide free independent advice and support to people affected by avoidable harm in healthcare through our specialist helpline, written casework and inquest support services. We can refer to our accredited clinical negligence solicitors if appropriate. We also work in partnership with health professionals, the NHS, government departments, lawyers and, most of all, patients to improve patient safety and justice.The helpline advice service is free although calls cost 0-7p per minute plus your phone company’s access charge.
