Service offered: Information/Signposting & Advice. First point of contact, information on a range of topics such as general enquiries, health & disability, housing, benefits, money matters and leisure activities, Future Matters, Wills consultation for people living in Islington. Please contact us on 0207 281 6018 for further information.
Target group: This service is available to all adults in Islington who need support. We also provide additional support for people with long term health conditions or who are struggling to look after themselves and their home. In addition we run the Islington Carer’s Hub which runs regular groups and carries out carer’s assessments.
