Dementia Advisers, Forget Me Not Service, Home Care Support, Voices of Experience, Care Navigators, Di’s Diamonds (Social Activities) Volunteering, Falls Service. My Health Matters.Also offer Digital Services offers free courses for digital learning. From June 2023 we are offering a toe nail cutting service at our Ilford office only
