Service offered: Works with statutory and voluntary agencies to develop and improve alcohol treatment services, increase awareness of alcohol misuse and bring about a reduction in alcohol related problems. Runs information service and produces magazine, leaflets, factsheets and other publications. Email public enquiry service on alcohol issues. Advice on setting up support networks. Offering Training & Consultancy courses to those working with people affected by alcohol misuse e.g. doctors, teachers, police. Alcohol Change UK tackles alcohol related harm by funding high-quality, impartial research. The charity also run the Dry January® campaign, the 31 day alcohol-free challenge and the Try Dry® app, to help people track their time off drinking.
