Service offered: We co-design & co-deliver courses and workshops alongside people with lived experience and professional training. Our courses and workshops aim to help people to take steps towards recovery from mental health issues.
Target group: People recovering from/living with mental health conditions, and those supporting/caring for people with mental illness, and anyone working in the mental health sector
