General information

Service offered: The AWRC is a registered charity offering support services to Black, Minority, Ethnic (BME) women experiencing domestic & sexual abuse within violence against women and girls (VAWG) , which includes, forced marriage and honour related and faith based abuse. The AWRC provides one to one domestic abuse advocacy services, groupwork programmes, advice and information services on welfare benefits, housing, employment, education and immigration: Provides training opportunities to women through a range of workshops including ESOL, Computing, Sewing, Yoga and Healthy Eating.
