Service offered: Advice and information on a range of issues for people living in Waltham Forest who are registered blind or partially sighted. Weekly talking newspaper in English, Hindi and Urdu. Outings and festival celebrations. Outreach and drop-in centre at Frederic Street Community Centre, off St James Street E17 7LF Tuesdays 1pm-4pm. Recreational activities. Befriending for isolated people.

Target group: Blind and partially sighted people and their families and carers.
