Service offered: At QEF Mobility Services we offer a wide range of Mobility assessments: Driving Assessments suitable for people returning to driving, older people at licence renewal or those who have a medical condition or disability; Wheelchairs and Scooters assessments; TryB4ufly assessment to support disabled people to travel by air with confidence delivered at our real aircraft fuselage and supported by a hire scheme for the equipment; Transfer and car seat assessments available for adults or children offering the opportunity to trial equipment to transfer in and out of vehicles comfortably and advice on seating and posture, A Bugzi loan scheme to enable children under 5 to experience independent mobility for the first time. These are available at our main centre in Carshalton and at our outreaches. We also offer driving lessons and theory test tuition. We have a wide range of equipment on hire scheme such as wheelchairs and scooters. Furthermore, we have a mobility transport service for those considering stopping driving, or don't drive due to a disability.

Target group: All age groups from 2 years to Older and disabled people
