Our service is delivered predominantly using Zoom or telephone although we also offer appointments face to face to those who would struggle to access the service otherwise. We will ask you to state your preference when you contact us. We cannot advise where you are already receiving advice from another provider, or where your case is urgent or overly complex. We are a member of LawWorks, which is a charity based in England and Wales who are committed to enabling access to justice through free legal advice. We provide referrals to other sources of help, including legal aid providers if your case is eligible.
