General information

Service offered: Advice and information on all the equipment and services available for people with hearing loss. Demonstrations of environmental aids (loop systems, alerting devices), loan scheme, practical help and advice with hearing aids. Also runs local outreach centres where volunteers give practical help and information (Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu spoken at additional some outreaches).

Target group: People with acquired hearing loss.

Area served: Southern Derbyshire.
