General information
Service offered: Specialist end of life care for people who have incurable illnesses. In-patient unit, day care services, specialist community team. Day care services offer various activities and health care, transport can be provided. Advice, support and counselling for patients and carers. Training in specialist palliative care.
Target group: People with illnesses that are no longer responsive to curative treatment.
Area served: Crawley, Horsham, Mid Sussex and East Surrey.
