Service offered: The service provides Housing Related support for people aged 50+ living within the Caerphilly Borough. The service is available to those experiencing difficulties relating to their housing or tenancy including; the threat of eviction of homelessness, mortgage/rent arrears and rehousing. Other outcomes worked towards includes; Maximising income, feeling safe, signposting to other relevant services to reduce lonliness and isolation, supporting people into employment, volunteering of education.
