Service offered: LiveWell Dorset is a free behaviour change service that supports Dorset residents to live healthier lives. We have four pathways, which are weight management, getting more active, stopping smoking and reducing alcohol intake.

Target group: Anyone over 18 who lives in Dorset, or is over 18 and registered with a Dorset GP can access our support.
