Support is offered throughout the application process to include: Help to understand and prepare for completing the application form. Assistance in obtaining supporting evidence from professionals for the application. Assist with understanding and to prepare for the assessment process. Attending the assessment meeting with the person. And, where the decision does not seem correct, support the request and submission for a Mandatory Reconsideration
