Service offered: Age UK Kent Rivers offers a wide variety of services for older people, and adults with learning disabilities, living in the towns of Medway, Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley, Faversham and Sittingbourne. Advice and information for older people (50+) on a range of issues. Including, health & wellbeing, help at home, legal, memory loss, money, social activities, transport, travel & leisure. Befriending Service, counselling service, help with equipment and adaptations, exercise classes, lunch clubs.
