Service offered: We Are Group is a social impact company which provides Training, Advice, and Guidance programmes to empower people with the skills they need to live better lives. Our Training Programmes teach people how to do something: these programmes help people gain skills for success in life and in the workplace, whether that be digital skills, financial skills or industry-related skills. Our Advice programmes help people make well-informed decisions: these programmes connect people with advice from regulated and qualified professionals, whether it be money and debt advice or energy advice. Our Guidance programmes help people to do something: the quickest way of doing something is usually online, so we deliver Guidance programmes that help people to access and benefit from online services and digital forms. All of these programmes are fully funded by one of our partners who range from local authorities, housing associations, central government and corporates, with our services currently including: Digital Skills Training, Energy Advice, Debt Advice, Digital Support with submitting online forms and the Mental Health Crisis Breathing Space.To find out more about one of our services, visit our website: wearegroup.com .

Target group: Our services are open to the general public, but we pay special attention to minority groups and vulnerable customers who need support due to the digital skills or confidence to get online.

Access notes: Our building is not accessible to the public but we either provide support with customers over the phone or schedule them in for an appointment with one of our community partners.

Public transport: When a customer calls through, depending on their appointment preference, we can either support them over the phone or we will get them booked in with one of our community partners. When booking the appointment, we ensure that the community centre they will visit for the appointment is close to them or is reachable via transport.
