Service offered: Advice and information for disabled people, carers, relatives or anybody with a disability related issue. Subjects covered include welfare benefits including appeals, community care, aids & adaptations, transport, mobility and anything relating to disability.
Target group: People with physical, sensory, mental health and learning disabilities, their carers and families.
Area served: South Essex.
How to contact: Phone (0333 366 1045), text (07786 088538), email or write. Open Mon to Fri 10am to 3pm. People seen in person via drop-ins/appointments only between 10am and 2pm. Appointments must be booked for form completion
