Service offered: Provides information, advice and advocacy for East Europeans in fields of welfare benefits, housing, domestic violence and hate crime; immigration matters and other formal issues; supports clients with complex needs, families and older people; and provides practical support to those in need. New EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) service to help EU citizens and their family members apply to continue living in the UK after Brexit. Email euss@eerc.org.uk for enquires.

Target group: People from Eastern Europe, including refugees and migrants.

Area served: All of London.

How to contact: Phone or email for appointment. The Helpline is open from Monday to Thursday, from 10 AM to 4 PM, excluding Bank Holidays and weekends.
