General information
Service offered: Representation at employment, social security and criminal injuries tribunals and appeals. Service provided by volunteers who pick up a case if there is a hearing date providing representation with pre-trial preparation and negotiation. For hearings in Greater London and surrounding counties only. Employment cases listed for a final hearing of one or two days can be self-referred. Otherwise service by referral from subscribed agency only. Located in Gray's Inn, London however, closed to public - by appointment only.
Target group: People who cannot afford to pay for legal representation at tribunals and cannot get legal aid
Area served: London and South East England.
