General information

Service offered: Representation at employment, social security and criminal injuries tribunals and appeals. Service provided by volunteers who pick up a case if there is a hearing date providing representation with pre-trial preparation and negotiation. For hearings in Greater London and surrounding counties only. Employment cases listed for a final hearing of one or two days can be self-referred. Otherwise service by referral from subscribed agency only.

Target group: People who cannot afford to pay for legal representation at tribunals and cannot get legal aid

Area served: London and South East England.

How to contact: Employment self-referrals email admin@thefru.org.uk with case documents. All other cases by referral only - from subscribing CABx, law centres, solicitors list available on FRU website.
