General information
Service offered: We support older and disabled people in Fulham via: Support in the Home and Garden (presently on doorsteps): Food to the door – hot food/food packages and toiletries delivered up to four times a week in partnership with The Smile Brigade. Decorating and DIY - for those that cannot pay or do the work themselves. Gardening – as above; and Adopt a Garden project – befriending and gardening support. Support in the Community: Befriending – in person and via telephone - and Good Neighbour Scheme including shopping, medication delivery, escort to appointments etc. Social clubs, including: Art/Reading/Carer’s/Lunch/Silver Clubs and Chair Based Exercise class (Lunch and Silver Clubs remain on hiatus. The others are presently Online or via Telephone Befriending). Our annual Parsons Green Fair. Support Online: Online Art Group. Online Chair Based Exercise. Digital Inclusion support via home visits so to mitigate against digital exclusion (home visits on hiatus during the pandemic, presently via telephone)
