Service offered: Housing: Free legal advice and support on a range of housing issues to all people in Hammersmith and Fulham. Specialist help with homelessness, possession proceedings and evictions due to rent arrears, anti-social behaviour and succession. This service is free to people who are eligible for Legal Aid. Immigration: We can assist under legal aid in immigration cases for asylum, domestic violence and trafficking cases. The service covers London and surrounds. We also offer consultations for 30 mins at a fixed fee of £50 + vat for clients seeking general immigration advice regarding their status / what application to make / how to prepare applications / eligibility to make an application. We offer reasonably priced rates for work that is no longer covered under legal aid. This includes: entry clearance applications; student applications; further leave applications; nationality applications; variation of leave applications; travel documents; business applications; statutory declarations and certification of documents.

Target group: People living or working in London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham for housing queries. London and surrounds for those eligible for Legal Aid for all other services.
