Service offered: Works to eliminate racial discrimination and to promote equal opportunities and good relations between people of different racial groups. Areas covered include housing, education, social policy, youth issues and racial harassment. Also works in disability discrimination casework.

Target group: General public, particularly people from black and minority ethnic communities. Disabled people.
