Service offered: Advice and information Service: We offer free, confidential, impartial, and independent advice on a wide range of subjects including: Welfare Benefits, Income maximization, Domestic Violence, Debt, Homelessness, housing and maintenance, Hate crime, harassment, ASBOS, Care and personalization, Neighbour dispute, Health, Employment, Education. IDVA Service and VAWG Advice Service: Services aims to provide specialist support with accommodation/refuge, welfare and benefits advice, language support, advice around appropriate action to take, risk assessment and safety planning, signposting to other services/professionals, no recourse to public funds, immigration, and legal matters.
Target group: Advice and Information Service is for Turkish, Kurdish, Cypriot Turkish, and any other Turkish-speaking women aged 18+. IDVA Service and VAWG Advice Services: Services for Turkish, Kurdish, Cypriot Turkish and other Turkish speaking women as well as Black, Asian, Minority, Ethnic and Refuge women with no recourse to public funds
