Service offered: Telephone Adviceline service giving Welfare Benefits information and advice to Ealing residents on 020 8825 8555: Monday to Thursday 10am to 4pm (Except bank holidays). Signposting for customers who call the advice line, to other agencies within the advice network and other voluntary organisations and agencies who may be able to support customers with making Welfare Benefits applications and related matters. Internal Council Service offered: A Visiting Officer Service for Ealing residents who are receiving homecare or residential care services and need assistance with completing a Financial Circumstances Form for determining a client contribution towards care services received and for identifying and securing Welfare Benefits entitlements.

Target group: Welfare Benefits Telephone Advice Line Service for all residents of Ealing Borough

How to contact: Referrals received from Ealing Council Social Workers for Community Benefits Team assistance to be provided to home care and residential care clients for Financial Circumstances Forms completion and support with benefits maximisation. Referrals are made through internal Adult Social Care systems workflow.
