General information
Service offered: Health & social care services for people with mental health problems. GP referrals to the Assessment Service with onward referral to the Recovery Team. Service office includes community based groups, individual support & counselling, occupational therapies, social work interventions, out patient clinics and a variety of therapeutic interventions to meet individual needs. Also offers carer support.
Target group: People with severe and enduring mental health problems.
