Service offered: Housing advice on landlord/tenant problems, illegal eviction, harassment, mortgage arrears. Advice on securing accommodation for people not covered by homelessness legislation. Rent deposit scheme. Also offers advice on finding private sector and housing association housing. Advice and assessment of homeless people under the Housing Act. Out of hours emergencies phone 020 8770 5000.
Target group: Borough residents in housing need - private tenants, owner occupiers, single homeless people.
