Service offered: We deliver a range of services to the public and private sector across Housing, Homelessness and Social Care. Our focus is on advising, supporting, guiding individuals during times of crisis. Our primary role is to provide statutory housing and homelessness services and to arrange care and support for vulnerable individuals living in the community within the London Borough of Sutton. We provide personalised and integrated adult social care services including brokerage, direct payments and provision of learning disability and shared lives contracts. Our services contribute to the overall welfare and improved quality of life for service users. Our proactive homelessness housing advice services prevent and relieve homelessness. We allocate and manage emergency and temporary accommodation and procure private sector properties. We manage Housing Registers and Choice Based Lettings for local authorities. We assist individuals and families in securing suitable council housing. Our bespoke choice based lettings platform enables applicants to view and express their interest in available properties. Our transformation service, Encompass Innovate helps businesses adapt, survive and thrive by bringing cultural and digital transformation. We develop modern tools, technologies and processes that empower your staff and save you time and money.
