Service offered: Citizens Advice Lewisham is a member of a consortium of local advice centres in the London Borough of Lewisham. Access to our advice service and other advice services in the borough is through Advice Lewisham Advice line operated by the consortium. These are short telephone interviews to find out about your enquiry and decide how best we can help you , providing, online information, signposting or referral to other agencies or an advice appointment with one of the Advice Lewisham advice agencies including Citizens Advice Lewisham. Advice Appointments only booked through the Advice Lewisham Adviceline (0800 231 5453 - Mon-Fri 9:30am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 4:00pm). We also provide an information and digital support hub with volunteer support at the Leemore Community Advice Hub, Monday / Wednesday / Friday 10am to 1pm.Telephone service offering debt information and advice for Lewisham residents. Advice on mortgage or rent arrears, repossession action in the courts, and consumer credit debt. Casework service for people with complex debts. Representation and advice at Bromley County Court for mortgage/rent repossession hearings.
