General information
Service offered: Counselling and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural therapy) for individuals struggling with mild-moderate Anxiety or Depression, a support service for people caring for individuals experiencing mental health issues and/or addiction, Advocacy, Welfare Rights, an out of hours Crisis Café for individuals who are experiencing severe emotional distress, Employment support and the Bexley Recovery College that provides an array of digital services to support people with their recovery. We also have an Open Spaces Project which has an allotment, plots and a garden.
Target group: Adults aged 18-65 years with mental health problems, their carers and involved professionals.
