Service offered: Range of services for people suffering with mental health distress living in the boroughs of Tower Hamlets and Newham as well as support and activity based groups. Services include Adolescent advocacy in Newham; advice on housing and benefits (Benefit adviser by appointment only must be Tower Hamlets resident). Counselling and complementary therapies including music, art, yoga and Chinese massage.
Target group: Anyone with mental health problems, including people from black, Somali and Bengali communities.
