Service offered: Information, advice, casework and advocacy services for migrants, refugees and asylum seekers regarding welfare benefits, housing and homelessness, education and employment, protection from harassment, action against discrimination and help and support with complaints about NHS, councils, police etc. Representation at appeals and tribunals. No advice and/or assistance is provided by email, telephone or letter to members of public [other than registered clients with currently active/open cases]. Please first discuss your case elsewhere locally, e.g. with your local Citizens Advice Bureau www.citizensadvice.org.uk If you couldn’t receive assistance elsewhere, then you should telephone 020 8571 7950 [or send a text to 07732 685 285] to book an appointment Advice and Assistance is provided only for you to be able to exercise your rights entirely at your own risk.
